To assist with supervision of the senior managers, managers, compliance coordinators, and support staff. Manage the grievance process including processing Step 3 grievances. Assist Legal with Mediations and prepare and present arbitration cases on behalf of the district. Manage the drug and alcohol monitoring and testing program. Assist with managing and supporting principals with the 90-day performance probationary plan process. Serve as the lead trainer for internal and external department-specific training. Serves as an Internal Affairs Investigator for the OCPS District Police responsible for conducting non-criminal investigations as assigned by the Professional Standards Senior Director and Chief of Police- District Police.
