To plan, develop, communicate, implement, and monitor the annual school district operating and capital budget including the ten-year capital outlay plan.
To coordinate, provide and make available desired expertise in the best practices of instruction and curriculum research-based strategies to help schools achieve desired priorities in response to needs and disparities identified at the school and classroom level.
Responsible for the administration, management, and accountability of the School District’s tangible personal property. The position is responsible for audit issue resolution, providing recommendations, creation/implementation of new electronic inventory auditing procedures, and interpreting state and local guidelines to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. To ensure timely and accurate creation of asset records, timely management and resolution of errors, surplus and exceptions; and resolution of departmental/school issues.
Provides safe, efficient and professional food and nutrition services for OCPS students through operational efficiencies, program compliance and review of daily food service operations at the assigned school.
To enhance the learning potential for disabled students and facilitate the student’s adaptation to the educational environment and to ensure that recommendations, interventions, and communication embody the principle that all students can succeed and learn using their knowledge of sensory and perceptual development in the continuum of learning.
To provide and maintain landscaping and support service in the most efficient and economical manner, while protecting the health and safety of students, staff and the public.
