To provide thorough investigations into allegations of child abuse and other employee misconduct, guidance to principals, managers, and supervisors in the interpretation of contract language, policy and procedures, employee discipline, and performance matters.
To develop, monitor and supervise the implementation of behavioral programs for severely disabled students; and to provide assistance to district and school personnel in the effective management of students with severe behavior problems.
