To effectively plan, coordinate and supervise the Transportation Business and Support Services in an efficient and effective manner in support of Transportation Services and other work locations, and support functions consistent with the District’s expected ends/results and priority issues.
To ensure the secure and standardized administration of local, state, national and international assessments by supporting test coordinators and administrators.
To develop, monitor, and evaluate effective science and social studies professional development, as well as increase capacity within instructors and coaches.
To provide timely and accurate code and standards compliance during the construction and/or renovation of all building projects in conformance with the contract documents consistent with district goals.
Responsible for coordinating and performing business operations within Building Code Compliance. Position collaborates closely with internal and external agencies/departments. Responsible for construction, inspection contracts and tracking.
To provide professional learning and support through professional learning communities, induction, coaching and leadership, and community partners to increase capacity of schools and district departments in order to achieve the district goals.
To seek, secure, and steward grant funds and grant-related relationships and resources by providing compliance monitoring, stewardship, and grant management services in accordance with district, state, and federal regulations and in alignment with district and Foundation goals.
Ensure the timely processing of properly authorized income and cash transactions, prepare monthly charter school payments and assist in financial accounting within the section.
To develop, monitor and supervise the implementation of behavioral programs for severely disabled students; and to provide assistance to district and school personnel in the effective management of students with severe behavior problems.
