To maintain the District’s facilities in the most efficient and economical manner, while protecting the health and safety of students, staff and the public.
To develop, monitor and supervise the implementation of behavioral programs for severely disabled students; and to provide assistance to district and school personnel in the effective management of students with severe behavior problems.
To lead the FNS maintenance work force in performing the right work, at the right time and cost, in order to provide appropriate maintenance and repair support services within Board guidelines and budgets; while protecting the health and safety of these facilities’ occupants and users. To preserve the mechanical-electrical-plumbing infrastructure within district schools so that all students learn in a properly-functioning building.
Provides safe, efficient and professional food and nutrition services for OCPS students through operational efficiencies, program compliance and review of daily food service operations at the assigned school.
To manage designated personnel within the procurement services department and to provide responsive, efficient, and innovative support to maintain the fiscal integrity of the district.
To assist with planning functions within the department for both short-range and long-range planning, school concurrency, capital programs, and coordination with governmental agencies.
