Responsible for the administration, management, and accountability of the School District’s tangible personal property. Administer and support audit issue resolutions. Provide recommendations for improvements of inventory auditing procedures and interpret state and local guidelines. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, creation of asset records, surplus, exceptions, and resolution of departmental/school issues and errors.

A sworn law enforcement officer within the District Police portfolio is charged with delivering emergency management, law enforcement, school resource officer, and safety and security services as assigned. As a state certified police officer within the OCPS District Police the incumbent is responsible for the investigation, pursuit, apprehension and arrest of law violators or suspected law violators. Employees in this class will be responsible for providing various law enforcement services and/or serve in assigned capacities within specialized law enforcement functions to facilities located throughout the District.
