To continuously provide analytical services to identify opportunities for enhancing district business processes, determine technology application requirements, assess training needs, and support the implementation of needed changes.

Ability to work and communicate effectively as liaisons among the technical staff, internal operational departments, business process owners, and end users (i.e., schools and department personnel) in requirement elicitation, requirement documentation, test case development, and user acceptance testing of technology systems that support them. Ability to analyze business processes in order to provide recommendations for improvements that achieve expected results. Analytical skills for reviewing information, identifying important issues, and formulating alternative solutions to problems in area of responsibility. Knowledge of the district’s information systems, including the design and operational processes. Ability to remain current with changing technology as it relates to the district’s information processes, operations, and system configuration. Demonstrated skill in the management of technical projects requiring the use of statistical and other data reporting software. Ability to think and function logically in a multi-tasking environment. Ability to independently plan, execute, and monitor the completion of tasks and multiple projects simultaneously according to established timelines. Demonstrated ability to work, communicate, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to coordinate systems development activities across multi-functional layers and division/departments of the organization. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in priorities and work assignments.

Non-bargaining unit compensation plan, twelve months, 8.0 hours per day.
